These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the bf099 online casino platform. By registering an account or using any part of bf099, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full.

Bonuses claimed across duplicate accounts are subject to reversal, and repeat violations may result in permanent suspension.
All financial transactions at bf099 must be conducted through approved payment methods (GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Coins.ph, USDT TRC20). Withdrawals require KYC verification to be completed. bf099 processes withdrawal requests in good faith and within published timelines, subject to verification requirements.
All bonuses at bf099 are subject to wagering requirements stated at the time of offer. Bonus funds may not be withdrawn directly — they must be rolled over the specified number of times through eligible games. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus balance.

By accessing, registering on, or using any service offered by bf099 (referred to herein as "bf099," "the Platform," "we," "us," or "our"), you ("the User," "Player," "you") unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with the Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules published on the Platform. Your continued use of bf099 following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms apply to all users of bf099, including registered account holders, guests, and any person accessing the Platform for any purpose.
To register and use bf099, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

KYC Documents: Prior to processing your first withdrawal, bf099 will require you to submit a valid government-issued identification document (e.g., Philippine Passport, PhilSys National ID, UMID, or Driver's License) and, where applicable, proof of address and source of funds. KYC verification is a PAGCOR compliance requirement.
Account Security: You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your bf099 account. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. bf099 will never ask for your password or one-time password (OTP) via email, chat, or telephone.
Deposits: bf099 accepts deposits via the following approved payment methods: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI Online, BDO Online, UnionBank Online, Coins.ph, USDT TRC20, and 7-Eleven (via selected payment partners). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. bf099 does not accept cash deposits. All deposits must originate from payment methods registered in the Player's own name.
Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to completed KYC verification. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount and any applicable processing fees are published in the Platform's cashier section. bf099 targets withdrawal processing within the timelines displayed at the time of request but does not guarantee processing times as these may be affected by third-party payment providers.
Currency: The functional currency of the Platform is Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). USDT deposits are converted at the exchange rate applied at the time of deposit, as published on the Platform.
Fraud Prevention: bf099 employs fraud detection systems. If unusual deposit or withdrawal patterns are detected, bf099 reserves the right to suspend processing pending investigation, without liability to the Player.
bf099 offers various promotional bonuses, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, and loyalty rewards. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions:
All games available on the bf099 Platform use certified random number generators (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, are conducted according to standardized professional gaming rules. Game providers are licensed and audited by recognized international testing laboratories.
In the event of a discrepancy between a game result displayed on the user interface and the result recorded on the server, the server result shall prevail. bf099 is not liable for losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet connectivity failures on the Player's end.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bf099 Platform:
bf099 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account found to have engaged in prohibited conduct, retain any funds in the account pending investigation, and refer the matter to PAGCOR and/or Philippine law enforcement authorities as appropriate.
All content on the bf099 Platform, including but not limited to software, games, trademarks, logos, graphics, text, and data ("Platform Content"), is the exclusive property of bf099 or its licensors and is protected under Philippine and international intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access Platform Content solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, redistribute, sell, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform Content without express written authorization from bf099.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, bf099, its directors, employees, partners, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including loss of data, loss of profits, or any financial loss arising from gambling outcomes.
bf099's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their bf099 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits bf099's liability for death or personal injury caused by proven negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under Philippine law.
bf099 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. bf099 complies with applicable data protection laws, including the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).

Where an account is terminated for a breach of these Terms, bf099 may retain the account balance pending investigation. Where no breach is found, the verified balance will be returned to the Player via their last verified payment method.
bf099 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address on file or through a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of bf099 after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the bf099 Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.
Before initiating formal legal proceedings, Players are encouraged to contact bf099 customer support to seek resolution. bf099 will make reasonable efforts to resolve complaints fairly and promptly.
